Visiting Sustainable Solutions (SuSo) at Cleantech Park Arnhem

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of visiting Sustainable Solutions (SuSo), an initiative of the HAN University of Applied Sciences, located at the innovative Cleantech Park Arnhem in Arnhem.

We were invited by Aleksandr Stommels, who guided us through SuSo’s work and vision. SuSo brings together students, lecturers, researchers, and professionals to co-create solutions for major societal and environmental challenges, such as the energy transition, circular economy, and sustainable entrepreneurship.

What inspired us most is that SuSo approaches sustainability not only from a technological and economic angle, but also from a social one. We had meaningful conversations about how young people and civil society initiatives, like Bildung Nijmegen, can connect with and contribute to these transitions.
