Jeugdverbinden 2.0 is a youth participation project by Bildung Nijmegen in which young people, organizations and the municipality work together to build a city where the voices of young people truly matter.

It is a place where young people not only share their opinions, but also actively think along and help shape solutions to issues that directly affect their daily lives, their environment and their future.

​

We organize meetings, dialogue sessions and co-creation workshops throughout the year, where young people, partners and the municipality come together. We focus on themes that truly matter, such as housing, safety, income, equal opportunities and mental health. These are not standard meetings, but conversations where your experiences and ideas are taken seriously, and where we explore together what can be done with them.

Who is this for?

For young people (±16–30)

• You live, study or feel connected to Nijmegen

• You want to share your opinion and have real influence

• You want to meet other young people and build something together

You don’t need any prior experience. If you have ideas, concerns or something to say about your city, this is your place.

For organizations & partners

• You work with or for young people (education, municipality, social sector, culture)

• You want to better understand what is really happening in young people’s lives

• You want to collaborate, not just collect input
