At Bildung, learning is centred on personal development and citizenship. We design educational trajectories and citizenship lessons for young people, young adults and adults, creating space to explore who you are, develop your voice and relate to the society you are part of. Not through standardised programmes, but through learning environments that invite reflection, creativity and dialogue.

Our educational work operates at the intersection of art, society and learning. In collaboration with schools, educational institutions and social partners, we develop and deliver citizenship education and learning trajectories around themes such as identity, democracy, responsibility, living together and active citizenship. We work with non-formal and informal learning approaches in which experience, making and questioning are central.

Within programmes such as Bildung Labs and other learning trajectories, we experiment with new forms of education and facilitation. These programmes are also open to adult learners: people who wish to continue learning outside formal education and reflect on their personal and professional development. Artistic methods, dialogue, practice-based assignments and collective reflection form the foundation.

In addition to our work with learners, we also design and deliver in-company programmes for professionals and organisations. These tailored trajectories focus on themes such as professional practice, ethics, leadership, collaboration and social responsibility, and are adapted to the context and questions of the organisation.

For us, education is more than knowledge transfer. It is a form of lifelong learning, in which people of all ages continue to reflect on who they are, how they act and the role they take in society.
