In-Company

At Bildung Nijmegen, we develop in-company learning trajectories for welfare organisations, educational institutions, municipalities, foundations and other social-purpose organisations that wish to invest in reflection, collaboration and social awareness. Our programmes are non-formal, practice-oriented and closely connected to the everyday reality of professionals.

The in-company trajectories combine dialogue, experiential learning and creative methods. They create space to explore questions that often remain beneath the surface, such as values, professional identity, collaboration, responsibility and the social context in which organisations operate.

Our programmes may focus on themes such as citizenship within organisations, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, team dynamics and personal leadership. We work with interactive sessions, facilitated dialogue formats and reflective methods that encourage depth and meaningful exchange.

Each in-company trajectory is developed tailor-made and aligned with the context, goals and learning needs of the organisation, whether a welfare organisation, educational institution, municipality or social foundation. Programmes can consist of stand-alone sessions or longer-term learning trajectories, depending on the question and the desired development process.

Across all in-company trajectories, learning is approached as a shared process of awareness, reflection and growth, both individually and collectively.
